Dr. Gianni DeCarolis

Dr. Gianni DeCarolis is a Michigan native growing up in the metro Detroit area.  He attended Michigan State University for his undergraduate studies and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology.  Dr. DeCarolis received his D.M.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and following was selected as the Endodontic fellow in the department of Endodontics at Nova where he completed a 1-year fellowship residency.  During this time he studied current endodontic literature, and was an instructor in the pre-doctoral dental clinic for Endodontics.  Because of his passion for this discipline in dentistry he decided to pursue the Endodontic Specialty and received his certification from Nova Southeastern University, Department of Endodontics. In this residency he taught, lectured, was trained surgically and non surgically using the microscope, and completed extensive research.   Dr. DeCarolis is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, Michigan Association Of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Oakland County Dental society and Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.  In addition, he is pursuing his Diplomat status with the American Board of Endodontics. When Dr. DeCarolis isn’t practicing Endodontics, he enjoys spending time with his family and stays active through fitness and playing outdoor sports.
